Samboja Lestari National Park & Reserve with a Orangutan Rehabilitation Center "Wanariset" is about a hour drive from Balipapan city as the main Gateway to East Kalimantan. Samboja Lestari National Park is the location of Samboja Lodge as part of BOS (The Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation). With a Eco Lodge called "Samboja Lodge", here you can stay in the middle of the rain forest jungle of Kalimantan. By visiting the Samboja National Park, you donate directly, for helping the Orang Utans and Sun-bears Survive in their natural habitat. Also Reforestation projects are set up to create their natural habitat.

The Lodge has in total 26 rooms completed, 22 standard with Air conditioning, Two Suite Rooms with Air conditioning and hot water shower and 2 treetops suites, with fantastic view, and off course Air conditioning and hot water shower.

The Lodge is completed with a towering area to oversea the Jungle area, a Lobby and a Restaurant, laundry service and kitchen facilities, including an Internet access area.
