Or you can book with any travel agents or tour operator in Indonesia or any part of the world. However it is important for you to contact us after made your booking with your tour operator and make sure that you are not put on the wrong hand or alternative organizer. Please ring our office and talk with booking department requesting confirmation number.

Late Bookings :
Bookings may be accepted less than 7days prior to a tour departure but will be subject to availability of accommodation, flight and may be subject to the payment.

Single Supplement :
Must be paid when single traveler have been chosen.

Deposits
  • A deposit of 25% from the total land cost tour package and 100% on flight fare arrangement are required at the time when your booking is confirmed by the www.oranghutantours.com. We will enclose our Final confirmation including invoice of billing details
  • You are advised to bill the sum of the payment you would like to bill if you choice online payment
  • Oranghutantours.com accepts payment by all major credit card by online system, western union or bank wire transfer
  • Oranghutantours.com is applied Credit card surcharge fee 2,5% and  5% for paypal, and other online payment from the total amount of our billing when transaction using online credit card for either visa or master. When you would like make down payment using bank wire transfer please contact us previously.
Final Payment
  • The balance of your tour price completing full payment must reach Oranghutantour.com no later than 5 days prior to the commenced of your tour.OR, you could pay the balance during your arrival at airport we will mentioned in cash only ( IDR, EURO, USD, GPB ),
  • Our online system process has given you in a NO RISK position. All payment charged to your account are guaranteed. If you find the unreliable charge or unauthorized charge, please write us.
Flight Force majour ( For flight Cancel and delay ) :
This Packages excludes expenses incurred due to causes beyond our control (force majeur) and expenses also incurred due to flight cancellations & delays are not covered by Oranghutantours.  we will assist in the rescheduling of all flights & organizing suitable accommodations transport and meals etc… but ALL costs are to be covered by yourself if these circumstances occur.

Cancellation and Refund :
Should you, or a member of your party, be forced to cancel, you must advise us or our agent in writing, and cancellation is not effective until we receive this letter.
If cancellation is made within 21 days of departure, the fee will be 10% of the cost of the package.
If cancellation is made within 10 days of departure, the fee will be 25% of the cost of the package.
If cancellation is made within 5 days of departure, the fee will be 50% of the cost of the package.
No show and unused service, the fee will be 100% of the cost of the package and air fare..

Modifications :
After receiving our official confirmation of your tour, any change of tour, departure date, hotel, type of room, substitution or reduction of passengers names, will incur a amendment fee per booking file. we assure you as long as the changing program not caused the chancing in the flight departure date, and hotel used will not have any charge

Consumer Claims :
If you are unhappy about any aspect of the tour, please inform our local representative or agent immediately, who will do everything possible to resolve the problem on the spot, since it may prove difficult to take any effective action on your return. If, however, this matter can not be resolved, please write us to oranghutantours@gmail.com

Booking arrangements :
All booking arrangements are to be made through our office. A firm contract will exist between your self and www.oranghutantours.com when your agent or our office issue our official confirmation of your booking following receipt of the deposit prescribed. The contract will be governed by and subject to the terms & conditions and the general information contained in this site. No variation of the tour conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing and with the authority of www.oranghutantours.com

Travel Insurance
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE AN APPROPRIATE COVER AT THE TIME OF BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY. SO PLEASE CONSULT WITH THE RELIABLE TRAVEL INSURANCE COMPANY. .Oranghutantours.com does not include travel insurance, accident insurance or any sort of insurance on this tour.

Travel Documents :
Each person shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of passport valid at least six months after date of arrival. Please note that passport and visa requirements are not our responsibility or that of your agent.

Not Included in the Package Fare :
Charges for passports, inoculations, excess baggage charges, accident and baggage insurance, items of personal nature such as beverages, laundry service, tips and gratuities, Flight cancellation or delay

Air Travel :
Participating carriers on these tours are Major airline in Indonesia. However, it may at certain times be necessary to use the services of other airlines. No airline will incur responsibility or liability to any person named in the booking, aside from that liability as may be incurred as the carrier. We are wholesaler for Indonesia hotel and flight booking, however some airline may have the online booking and payment, you could book by yourself or you could ask us to help. All the booking has limit time booking and should be 100% before the voucher or the ticket is issued, and when until the time limit the voucher or the ticket are not issued, we could rebook but the price will be depend to available seat.

Baggage :
For all domestic economy baggage regulation limit check in luggage for each passenger to two bags/pieces. However, neither bag/piece may exceed a total dimension of 20kg each. some small airline only give you 10 kg luggage free. We recommend you to take the necessary baggage during the trip. In case you have checked-out from the hotel, please pack your baggage and locked it to store at our office. We will take it back to you on your arrival from the trip.

Travel Accommodation :
Oranghutantours.com is not itself a carrier or hotelier, not do we own aircraft, hotels, or coaches. The flights, coach journeys, other travel and hotel accommodation comprised in your tour are provided by reputable carries and hoteliers on their own conditions. It is important to note, therefore, that all bookings with Oranghutantours.com are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airlines, coach operators, hoteliers and other service providers, including but not limited to car hire, restaurant operators, whose service we utilize, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage.

Our Responsibility :
We always do our best to make sure your tour arrangements are satisfactory and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage sustained by you as a result of our negligence or that of our employees or agents. However, we can not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those airlines, coach operators, hoteliers, or other persons providing service in connection with your holiday pursuant to a contract between themselves and yourself (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket , voucher, coupon or the like) and over whom we have no direct and exclusive control. We do not accept any liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part, including but not limit to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government or of any authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment of industrial action (whether or not involving our employees, and even though such action may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labor group).
